Our exercise classes are ran by fantastic external instructors who host their sessions in the Nimble studio, when booking you’ll be taken through to their platform.
Monday 2 - 3pm
A Beginners Pilates class focussing on the foundations of mat based pilates. Especially suited to those with neurological conditions or stiff/replaced joints. To book contact Sue directly via email click the button below
- Monday 9.30 -11 am | Mellow Monday (a slow moving mainly seated, mat based class)
- Monday 5.30 - 6.30 | A yoga flow class
- Thursday 12.30 - 1.30pm | A lunch time flow class
- Sunday 6 - 7.30pm | Yin Yoga
Teresa brings a variety of yoga classes to the studio including mat/floor based yoga, flow yoga, yoga for office workers, and Yin (restorative) yoga

Experience the benefits of mat-based Pilates in a small, supportive group setting. Perfect for beginners and those with some pilates experience, this class focuses on controlled movements, breathing techniques, and body alignment to build a strong foundation while progressing at a comfortable pace.
This class will strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. Class passes are available for this class reducing the price per session to £10.50 – please contact us on hello@nimbleosteopathy.co.uk to purchase a class pass or PAYG for £12.50
