Whether you want massage for self-care, or you have a sports injury that you need help to recover from, we can help.

Massage helps to improve blood flow through tense, tired or injured muscles, helping to reduce muscle soreness or that feeling of tension or tightness that can occur when muscles have been overworked.

If you have a busy and stressful lifestyle, you enjoy regularly exercising or indeed are training for a specific goal, massage is an excellent therapy to include in your self care toolkit to; help you unwind, to keep your muscles and joints healthy and to improve your recovery time, helping you to get back out there sooner and with more energy.

Massage at Nimble is with Gail White

Gail has been a massage therapist since 2011, she is a keen sportswoman and she currently provides sports therapy and rehab for the GB Maxibasketball Masters programme in a yearly competition cycle.

Being an active person, she has had her fair share of injury and understands the feelings associated with being injured. Gail can support your journey to recovery through hands on therapy alongside rehabilitative advice and exercises.

Gail has completed further study in clinical sports therapy and rehabilitation, kinesiotaping and western acupuncture. She is also a pilates instructor at Nimble.
