Rachel Knight

Osteopath and Co-founder

Meet Rachel

Rachel Knight is a registered osteopath with more than 18 years of clinical experience helping people overcome pain, injury and movement restrictions.

Fascinated by anatomy from a young age, Rachel’s interest in understanding how the body works ultimately led her to train as an osteopath – a career she has loved ever since.

Over the years, Rachel has developed extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints. She enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels and is known for her ability to assess the body as a whole rather than focusing solely on the area that hurts.

While Rachel can help with almost any musculoskeletal complaint, she has a particular interest in the more unusual and often overlooked problems, including jaw pain (TMJ dysfunction), coccyx pain, foot problems and complex joint complaints.

Patients value Rachel’s calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to explain what is happening in a clear and reassuring way. Whether your symptoms are recent or something you have been living with for years, Rachel’s goal is to help you understand your condition and move forward with confidence.

Outside Nimble, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that’s gardening, walking, cycling or simply finding an excuse to be in the fresh air.

“Do you remember the 1970s book How Your Body Works? That’s where my fascination with anatomy began. Years later, I trained as an osteopath and I haven’t looked back.”

Booking with Rachel

Rachel’s treatment style is gentle, thorough and hands-on. Drawing on her therapeutic background, she often combines soft tissue massage, fascial release and joint articulation to help reduce pain, ease tension and improve movement. Where appropriate, treatment may also include joint manipulation and dry needling.

Rachel takes the time to understand how your symptoms fit into the bigger picture, looking beyond the area of pain to identify contributing factors elsewhere in the body. She will always explain her findings and tailor treatment to your individual needs and comfort levels.
