Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you have a cancellation policy?

We are a busy clinic and often operate with a waiting list. Late cancellations and non-attendance mean other patients miss the opportunity for care, which can delay treatment and prolong pain. As a small clinic, this policy helps us continue providing longer, more thorough appointments and a high standard of care.
Late rescheduling has the same impact as a late cancellation — the appointment slot can’t usually be offered to someone else at short notice.
That said, we understand life happens. In cases of genuine illness, hospitalisation, or unexpected travel issues, we take this into consideration wherever possible.
If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee is payable. If a card is held on file, it will be charged. Any unpaid no-show fees must be settled before future bookings can be made.

If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, the full appointment fee still applies. We will always do our best to provide effective treatment within the remaining time available. After 15 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled with a full fee applied to the late appointment.

We use secure, encrypted card capture purely to protect against non-attendance.
