Why do you have a cancellation policy?
Why is rescheduling charged the same as cancelling?
That said, we understand life happens. In cases of genuine illness, hospitalisation, or unexpected travel issues, we take this into consideration wherever possible.
What happens if I don’t attend my appointment?
What if I’m late for my appointment?
If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, the full appointment fee still applies. We will always do our best to provide effective treatment within the remaining time available. After 15 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled with a full fee applied to the late appointment.
How do bookings and payments work?
- All appointments are booked via our secure online booking system (JaneApp)
- A credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment
- Payment is taken after your appointment
- JaneApp can send booking confirmations and reminder emails/texts if you opt in

- A valid card is required to reserve all appointments, including in-clinic bookings
- Payment is taken after your appointment
- Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours are chargeable in full
- Non-attendance fees must be settled before further appointments can be booked
