Barefoot Exercise Workshop
Relieve Pain & Build Stability in Just One Session
This workshop will help you reconnect with one of the body’s most overlooked foundations — your feet.
Our feet carry us through every step of the day, allowing us to move, balance, and adapt — yet we often only pay attention to them once they begin to cause us pain or discomfort.
In this workshop, you’ll learn simple daily habits to improve the health of the muscles, ligaments, and small joints of the feet. These practices will not only support your stability when standing still but also help you feel more confident and secure on uneven ground.
You don’t need to have foot or ankle pain to benefit, in fact, the workshop is designed for anyone who wants to stay ahead of problems and build resilience. It is also safe and beneficial for those who may already be experiencing issues such as:
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Mild to moderate ankle instability
- Morton’s Neuroma
- Toe stiffness or pain
- Reduced balance
Come and give your feet the attention they deserve, your whole body will thank you.
What to Expect at the Workshop
- Learn to feel and activate the muscles in your feet and arches
- Use balls, blocks, and small exercise drills to reduce tension and restore mobility
- Practise simple ankle and foot movements to improve control and balance
- Integrate heel raises, lunges and toe work to link feet with whole-body movement
- Leave with simple daily exercise ideas for improving your foot health
Whether you’re dealing with toe stiffness, heel pain, or just want to feel more stable on your feet, this is a safe, guided way to reconnect with your feet.
If you’ve ever thought “my balance isn’t what it used to be,” or “I wish my feet didn’t ache so much by the end of the day,” this one’s for you.
