Meet Gail
Gail’s background is as a scientist, but her passion for movement and personal injury history led her to study to become a Sport Injury Specialist and Pilates Instructor.
Gail has over a decade’s experience working as a massage therapist, she provides pre, inter and post-event support for many sporting events and she currently works with the GB Maxibasketball Masters programme in a yearly competition cycle.
You don’t need to be a sports person to benefit from massage with Gail. She has trained to work remedially for relaxation as well as cancer rehabilitation and in addition to her massage work, Gail provides both group and 1:1 pilates classes and at Nimble Studio .
In contrast to her work as a scientist, Gail loves the fact that therapy and instructor work allows her to meet and help such a varied group of people. She loves listening to your story and supporting you through your recovery and achieve your goals.
