Having treatment when you are unwell can make your symptoms worse and put the health of your practitioner at risk. Please call us to reschedule your appointment if you develop ANY new illness before your appointment (for example: CV19, diarrhoea and vomiting, coughs, colds).

Clinical rehab and personal training

Please book with Zac for longstanding lower back pain, postural problems, niggling sporting injuries or enhancing athletic performance. Please book with Tania Stanfield to improve strength, fitness, balance, stability and pelvic
floor rehabilitation.

Our standard appointments are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7pm.
