Appointment Types
Which Nimble appointment is right for me?
Before you book, have a look at our different types of treatment to decide which one is right for you. If you’re still unsure, please ask us.
Osteopathy
Initial consultation
your initial consultation will typically last a little longer than a standard appointment because we need to understand what’s causing your issues and why you’re seeking treatment before we start treatment. We’ll take your full medical history, examine you and give you a diagnosis. Based on this, we’ll give you advice on how to manage your symptoms and whether or not you need to see another specialist (such as a doctor or consultant), before starting your hands-on treatment.
45-60 minutes / from £70.
Follow up treatment
Once you’ve had your first appointment, our treatment sessions last 30-40 minutes and cost from £50.
Follow-up double appointment
Once you’ve had your first appointment, we may ask you to book a longer treatment session. This might be because your symptoms are more complicated, or because you need a slower treatment style or have difficulty moving due to disability or age.
This session is also useful if it’s been more than five years since your last appointment because it allows us to go through your medical history again. Please talk to us before booking this session.
45-60 minutes / from £70.
Clinical rehab and personal training
Initial functional assessment
This appointment is with Zac, who specialises in working with adults aged 40-60 years old who want to return to exercise after a break or due to recurrent injury. We’ll take your medical history and examine your joint movement before moving to our private gym to look at strength and conditioning exercises. We’ll give you advice and home or gym-based exercises to do between sessions to aid your recovery and get you back to doing what you love.
60-75 minutes / from £110.
Rehabilitation follow up
Once you’ve had your first appointment, follow up rehab sessions last 60 minutes and cost from £80.
Personal training
This appointment is with Tania, who specialises in helping older adults, peri-menopausal and menopausal women wanting to improve posture, strength, balance and their pelvic floor. We’ll take your medical history, before working with you in the gym.
60 minutes / from £60
