After months of pain in the back of my head and my GP prescribing medication I decided to seek help in a different direction. I was not happy just suppressing the pain with tablets and sought to find out if there was an alternative therapy.
My daughter had been going to see Rachel at Nimble Osteopathy for a number of years so I decided to give them a try.
After 3 sessions of massage and acupuncture with Zac at Nimble the pain had completely disappeared. With further sessions my back and shoulders felt less tense and there has been no return of the head pain.
