What Are Hypopressives?
Hypopressive’s are a gentle yet powerful way to improve pelvic floor health using a combination of breathing techniques and specific postures. These exercises work by reducing pressure on your core and activating deep muscles to naturally lift and strengthen the pelvic floor.
If you’ve been dealing with symptoms like heaviness, bulging, urgency or leakage and feel like nothing has worked, Hypopressive’s could be the solution you’ve been looking for!
