Tania Stanfield
Meet Tania
Tania is an advanced personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist as well as a studio class instructor. Over the last 12 years, she’s become passionate about helping clients to correct, improve and maintain good posture, strength and balance. This inspired her to train as a Hypopressive instructor – a technique which focuses on retraining the postural muscles through movement and breath. Her specialism is with working with clients of all ages who are experiencing pelvic floor issues including bladder weakness, prolapse and constipation.
Tania likes to hike coastal paths with her dog Sid as often as she can and will spend as much time as possible in nature, she particularly enjoys ‘forest bathing’, being surrounded by trees. She loves to spend time with her 4 kids, but they’ve grown up now, so it’s not always easy to get them all together at the same time! Of course she loves the gym and particularly the one at Nimble, but she balances that out by going out for Greek food, good coffee and the odd glass of wine.
