Meet Zac
“I’ve always been active, so it made sense for me to do a physical job,” says Zac. “I used to run long distances and triathlons so I’m incredibly structural with my approach – it’s all nuts and bolts and levers with me.”
Zac graduated from The British School of Osteopathy (now UCO) in 2009, having previously worked as a personal trainer. He enjoys the body’s mechanics, which makes him excellent at working with acutely painful issues, postural complaints and scoliosis. He’s a specialist at working with active people, as well as those looking to get back into exercise after a break. He uses his clinical experience, background in exercise rehabilitation and kind, gentle reassurance to get results.
When he’s not treating in clinic, you’ll either find Zac in the gym or outdoors, walking in a forest or along a coastal path with Rachel – although, only if the weather’s nice! Zac also loves history and the arts… and a good chat.
