Classes at Nimble are fun, social and educational
Alongside our small group mat Pilates classes with Gail, we host a number of group exercise classes from Nimble Studio which are run by external instructors. These classes include dance, yoga, yin yoga, pilates, older adult (55+) strength and conditioning, as well as older adult HIIT classes.
In the blue box below you’ll find a list of classes and class descriptions and below that a visual timetable of when they run, please note, when booking a class with anyone other than Gail, the book now link will take you to their individual booking platform.

Experience the benefits of mat-based Pilates in a small, supportive group setting. Perfect for beginners and those with some pilates experience, this class focuses on controlled movements, breathing techniques, and body alignment to build a strong foundation while progressing at a comfortable pace.
This class will strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. Class passes are available for this class reducing the price per session to £10.50 – please contact us on hello@nimbleosteopathy.co.uk to purchase a class pass or PAYG for £12.50

Teresa brings a variety of yoga classes to the studio including mat/floor based yoga, flow yoga, yoga for office workers, and Yin (restorative) yoga

Why Pilates at Nimble?
Our small group mat pilates classes are designed to help you re-connect with your core muscles and build the foundation for a strong and stable body. By learning how to engage these deep support muscles you’ll find you’ll start to be able to breathe deeper, stand taller and improve your overall posture and strength. These classes have a maximum number of 8 participants, enabling the instructor to offer personalized guidance and hands-on adjustments as needed. This ensures you receive the attention necessary to maximize your benefit from each class. Classes are run in 6 week blocks however, if there is space for you to drop in, you are more than welcome. Alternatively you could join one of our trial classes which run periodically.
Why we love pilates?
We love Pilates because it emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and correct alignment, which are essential for overall body mechanics. The controlled movements and focus on breath can help alleviate pain, improve posture and enhance mobility. Additionally, Pilates encourages body awareness, which aligns well with the holistic approach of osteopathy, making it a valuable tool for everybody, but especially our clients.
